Tickets For 2011 Cricket World Cup On Sale
CaribWorldNews, LONDON, England, Weds. June 2, 2010: The 2011 cricket world cup may not be for another year but tickets have already gone on sale.
The International Cricket Council released more than 100,000 tickets this week ahead of the event set to kick off next February. The tourney will be co-hosted by India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh and will run through April 2.
The ICC said tickets are as low as 20 cents each. After the first phase of tickets, more will be available from stadiums and tour operators. Current tickets are available at www.iccevents.yahoo.com.
